After School Appointments

To accommodate the maximum number of after school patient visits, we advise you to schedule your appointments as soon as possible as they do fill up quickly. We will try to give as many patients after- school appointments as possible, but if school time appointments are necessary, we will gladly provide verification of the dental visit for your school's attendance office. Please keep in mind that it is state law that children be excused from school for medical and dental appointments.

Dear Parents,

Due to the current social phenomenon of divided families, we have found it necessary to establish some guidelines regarding children who find themselves in this situation.

You can understand that we cannot be caught in the middle of responsibility disagreements regarding appointments or finances. Therefore, it is our office policy that the custodial parent (the parent with whom the child resides) will be considered responsible for the child's dental treatment. In the case of divided custody, the parent that brings the child in for the first appointment will be considered the responsible parent. We will deal directly with the custodial parent in all matters concerning the child's treatment.

Please contact our office if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
